Dear Mama,

Welcoming baby into your heart, your home and your life is an amazing experience.    Treasure each day with your precious cherub.  Treat baby as the miracle he or she is.  And remember, be kind to yourself too! 

Moms don’t come first.  It’s not that we shouldn’t – it’s just not our nature to put ourselves there.  So as a Mom, allow me to put you first for a few stolen moments each morning and evening.
